We do this by dropping support to Oculu DK1.
It's not hard (code-wise) to have the 0.8 SDK living side-by-side with
the 1.5 SDK. But I'm not sure how linking will handle this, so I would
rather not spend time on this, and instead support the CV1.

This reverts commit df42cc51.

CMake system working, updated file structure, new build submodule
for automatic deployment.

so updating them to latest remote hash does not tags blender repository
as changes. But it is still possible to make changes to
submodules and commit them from their path.
