1.5 SDK support

We do this by dropping support to Oculu DK1.
It's not hard (code-wise) to have the 0.8 SDK living side-by-side with
the 1.5 SDK. But I'm not sure how linking will handle this, so I would
rather not spend time on this, and instead support the CV1.
